“ Cottage Industry” - run from our barn in Greytown, New Zealand.
I sell lovely, durable, multi-purpose, wipe clean fabric called Oilcloth.
I have enjoyed doing this for many years and I have become known locally as “The Oilcloth Lady” !
Oilcloth is a vinyl fabric with a polycotton scrim backing which won't fray and is easy to sew.
Not only is it great for tablecloths and shelf liners, you will find it enjoyable making your own bunting, placemats, aprons, picnic mats, bags and purses.
The creative possibilities are endless!
